Free worldwide shipping

HAVELYQ currently offers free standard shipping on all orders. No shipping fee is added at checkout, regardless of the delivery destination.

Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery estimates

Delivery time varies depending on the product, destination, fulfillment location, carrier, customs processing and periods of high demand. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or in tracking updates is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

Split shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.

Customs, duties and import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, when applicable, are not shipping fees and are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking and delays

Tracking updates can take a short time to appear after dispatch. If your order appears significantly delayed or has not arrived, contact us at havelyq@gmail.com and we will help investigate it.

Delivery address

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. HAVELYQ cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied at checkout.
